Due to a period of continuous expansion HSL are recruiting for the following positions:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The purpose of the role is to grow the company through a strategic development plan for increasing our Client base, the scope of services on offer to Clients, and retention of Clients through engagements and relationships.

The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate, and have their own vehicle to locate to any given location within the UK. The candidate must be willing to travel and stay away from home when necessary. Authorised business mileage is reimbursed and accommodation provided when required.

OFFICE MANAGER

The role will be responsible for maintaining policies and procedures throughout the Company.

To also produce documents as required and ensure all policies and procedures are met within the company and to assist the Board of Directors and Survey Managers with Employment issues.

The role will also be responsible for maintaining the ISO Management System which currently includes ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety.

The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate, and have their own vehicle to locate to any given location within the UK. The candidate must be willing to travel and stay away from home when necessary. Authorised business mileage is reimbursed and accommodation provided when required.

HIGHWAY SURVEYOR

The work includes collecting data on a hand held computer of the condition of the footways and highways. No experience is necessary as full training is given.

Payment is paid on productivity with earnings based on an average of £100 per day, although our average Surveyor earns approx. £28,500pa. 

This is a permanent, full time position.

The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate, and have their own vehicle to locate to any given location within the UK. The candidate must be willing to travel and stay away from home when necessary. Authorised business mileage is reimbursed and accommodation provided when required.
